Individuals and businesses can make a contribution at any time by:

• In-kind non-cash goods and services: the team is always in need of healthy snack items and drinks, restaurant meal donations, team building experiences, etc.

The swim teams participate in several community fundraisers throughout the year.  Watch our website and social media for specific dates.

• Restaurants and other businesses support the team with a portion of their sales on scheduled community nights.

• The teams hold a time-sensitive fundraiser during their season, reaching out to family and friends. 

The swimmers and families of the Ankeny Swimming Foundation are open to helping at community events where donations are made to the Foundation for time given by members who work during an event such as a road race, sporting event cleanup, concession stand, or other events. Before each season, swimmers and their families reach out to community businesses to offer the opportunity for public recognition as Team Sponsors.  Depending on the sponsorship level, sponsors are recognized by:

• Website listings and social media posts

• Logo on team t-shirts

• Logo on team posters distributed throughout the community

• Logo in home meet programs

• PA Shout Outs during home swim meets
